“Capricious and profound, the experience definitely captures what it is to escape from the world for a little bit – and then to return and find that you see things just a bit differently.” – the londonist
“..deliberate slap in the face to the flashmob phenomena . . . it reshapes the cultural landscape.” Paul Currion
@honestsarah just back from #subtlemob – beautiful, touching, filmic experience of Covent Garden. a few bemused passersby…
@marshallstaxx SubtleMob was amazing. Emotional, joyous, intense and melancholy, but above all truly beautiful.
@nickarm Participated in a subtlemob tonight! Celebrating the cinema of everyday life! Uplifting!
@hannahkaty serioulsy kids, if you ever get to go to a subtlemob, do it. Such an intense, exposing and uplifting experience.
hannah nicklin – “Those thirty minutes were the most vivid, most high contrast of my week . . . I want to take my friends and loved ones back there with me.”
Àngels Trias – “. . . an entrancing, beautiful and serene experience, one where the boundaries between performer and performance, evocation, suspension of time, re-definition of public space get blurred one with another.”
@Ferders Moving, intimate, lovely experience. HIGHLY recommend if another happens.
was in amsterdam yesterday… it was great, just a shame I was on my own but enjoyed it very much. did not feel alone, there is a togetherness with smiling people with good intentions all around. great!
Was also in Amsterdam last night…it was soooo intense and fun and COLD but who cares! I had a few friends around and even though the square is not big at all, we didn’t see eachother, I guess because the sound alters the way you look at the stuff around you. GREAT-GREAT-GREAT, gona go to London to do the Soho walk soon.
